This G&L bass has a beautifully finished alder body and a hard rock maple neck, which can produce tones that are warm and mellow to bright and snappy. Features a pair of G&L vintage Alnico jazz type pickups, and you can dial in your sound with two volume and one tone controls. It also features the patented G&L Saddle-Lock bridge, which features an Allen screw that presses all the saddles together, helping them resonate as one. You'll lose less string vibration energy cause by side-to-side saddle movement like you would with other guitars. With no pickguard, you get to see the naturally beauty of the wood, and the chrome hardware is a nice complement as well. A great guitar, at a great price, with plenty of hooks and looks, it's just waiting for your hands to give it some love!
